Meet Holistic Psychiatrist, Dr. Kelly Brogan

I am a holistic psychiatrist, New York Times bestselling author, and reclamation queen. In my psychiatric practice, I specialized in a root-cause resolution approach to psychiatric syndromes and symptoms.

I am on a mission to hold the vision for your embodied reclamation and whole-life empowerment with guidance, resources, and community so that you can shed your struggle and finally choose your Self to experience the specific pleasure of who you are.

“When we can move beyond our fear of our symptoms and into curiosity, we find that all illnesses—without exception—is the body’s wisdom playing out its own highly designed and incredible personal way.”

How Can We Support You?

No matter where you are in your journey home to yourself, we are here to support you. If there’s a small voice inside that says, there’s gotta be a better way, we have the evidence-based resources to affirm that voice is speaking the truth.

We've curated information and inspiration to meet you right where you’re at. Choose from one of the following three options, and we’ll guide you through the reclamation process, one step at a time.
