I’m used to presenting with large slide decks, science talk, and lots of bored-looking doctors in a dank hotel conference room. But since I realized that I can teach patients directly how to heal themselves, I scaled way back on my academic speaking engagements.

Now, I’m trying something new—my first learning workshop to empower women to resolve chronic illness, avoid or come off psychiatric medication, and come into their vitality. I’ll be joined by my beloved teacher, Swaranpal Kaur Khalsa.
