About Kelly Brogan
KELLY BROGAN, MD, is a holistic psychiatrist, author of the New York Times Bestselling book, A Mind of Your Own, Own Your Self, the children’s book, A Time For Rain, and co-editor of the landmark textbook Integrative Therapies for Depression.
The Ancestral Health Society is a community of scientists, healthcare professionals, and laypersons who collaborate to understand health challenges from an evolutionary perspective. Their annual Symposium is a veritable think tank for outside-the-boxers dedicated to progressing the paradigm of health, by reaching into an older bag of tricks. I had the honor and pleasure of presenting there in August, and welcome you to take a peak at what I had to say about psychiatry, depression and anxiety around pregnancy, and the gut.
